1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the zs999i website or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the zs999i Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the zs999i platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses any portion of the zs999i services. Continued use of the zs999i platform following notification of any amendment to these terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

zs999i reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure without refund of contested funds.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) zs999i account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering a zs999i account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a current contact number. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account and for updating it promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs999i account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the zs999i support team immediately at [email protected].

zs999i reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The zs999i platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. zs999i does not accept payments via cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or any payment method not explicitly listed as approved on the platform.

All deposits into your zs999i account must originate from a payment source held in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties is prohibited. zs999i may at any time request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

• Minimum deposit: Subject to current limits displayed within the zs999i account dashboard.
• Minimum withdrawal: Subject to current limits displayed within the zs999i account dashboard.
• Withdrawal processing time: zs999i aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the platform's payments section. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where enhanced verification is required.
• Verification holds: zs999i reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or responsible gaming assessments.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts at zs999i are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals.

zs999i does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which zs999i accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zs999i may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all zs999i promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Abuse of promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• zs999i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.

• Bonuses offered during PSL season, cricket tournaments, or other zs999i promotional events are subject to the same general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event-specific terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zs999i platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. It is the account holder's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general betting rules apply across all zs999i products:

• Finality of bets: Once confirmed, a bet placed on the zs999i platform cannot be cancelled or amended by the account holder, except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out option and the account holder exercises it within the permitted window.
• Void bets: zs999i reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an event that has been abandoned, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error. Voided bets will be refunded at the original stake amount in PKR.
• Maximum payout limits: Maximum payout amounts per bet and per event may apply. Current limits are displayed within the zs999i sportsbook and casino sections.
• Cricket markets: All cricket bets at zs999i are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play bets on interrupted or suspended play are subject to zs999i's event-specific cricket rules.
• Live casino and slots: The outcome of all live casino games and slot titles at zs999i is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or by the physical outcome of live dealer games. Results are final upon completion of each game round.
• Crash games: Crash Bonus and similar crash-format games at zs999i are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. Auto cash-out settings are the account holder's responsibility to configure correctly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs999i platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the affected account:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the zs999i platform without the prior written consent of zs999i.

The zs999i name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of zs999i. Unauthorised use of any zs999i trademark — including use in connection with any third-party website, social media account, or commercial activity — is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Suspension & Termination

zs999i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to satisfy identity, age, or source of funds verification requirements.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct.

Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these terms, zs999i reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons not attributable to the account holder's fault, any verified legitimate balance will be returned via the original deposit method in PKR, subject to applicable verification requirements.

An account holder may voluntarily close their zs999i account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned following successful identity verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zs999i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, zs999i will provide reasonable notice via the platform — which may include an in-platform notification, a notice on the zs999i homepage, or an email to the address registered on your account.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
